Coscat® 83 A proprietary organobismuth compound which was specifically developed as a catalyst for 2-component polyurethane systems. Coscat® 83 catalyst is recommended as a sole or co-catalyst in urethane elastomer systems typically requiring lead, mercury or tin catalysts. Coscat® 83 catalyst has a high selectivity toward the polyol-isocyanate reaction, thus avoiding bubble generation at low levels of moisture.
