The Polycin® D,T, & M series are 100% solids castor oil based polyol derivatives designed for use as polyols or reactive diluents in polyurethane coating systems. These products (Diols, Triols and M-higher functionalities) will allow for the formulation of high performance non-yellowing coatings, VOC reduction, improved pigment wetting along with the added beneficial properties of castor oil derivatives on application properties such as improved flow and leveling. Polycin® D-265 is a casor oil based diol designed for use as a polyol or reactive diluent in polyurethane coating systems. Polycin D-265 will impart flexibility and allow for VOC reduction while imparting the beneficial properties of castor oil derivatives such as improved flow and leveling. Polycin® D-290 is a castor oil based derivative designed for use as a polyol or reactive diluent in polyurethane coating systems. Polycin D-290, with its very low viscosity, will allow for the formulation of higher system solids with improved VOC reduction. Polycin® T-400 is a 100% solids castor based derivative designed for use as a polyol or reactive diluent for use in polyurethane coating systems. Polycin T-400 will impart higher hardness and strength to polyurethane systems. Polycin® M-280 is a 100% solids castor based derivative designed for use as a polyol or reactive diluent for use in polyurethane coating systems. Polycin M-280, having a high level of reactivity, will impart hardness and strength into polyurethane systems. Polycin® M-365 is a 100% solids castor based derivative designed for use as a polyol or reactive diluent for use in polyurethane coating systems. Polycin M-365 imparts high hardness and strength to many polyurethane systems. As a reactive diluent, Polyin M-365 provides VOC reduction while offering the beneficial properties of castor oil derivatives such as improved flow and leveling. The Polycin® GR series are 100% solids, castor oil based polyols designed for use as reactive resins in polyurethane systems. For the first time, these products will produce a range of mechanical properties never obtained from glyceryl ricinoleate chemistry. Shore hardnesses in the high D scale down to the low A scale can be attained with MDI cures. Using castor oil as its sole base, the GR series are fully natural products from a renewable resource.
